Questions about lasik surgery in AR/OK?

Q. I am in arkansas and would like to get lasik done on both my eyes. I have vacation week after next and (I think) the money to do it. Has anyone had the surgery in either AR or OK and had good results? How much does the surgery cost? Who is the most reasonable, still providing good service? How long will I not be able to see? Any other specail considerations?
