Does having Lasik eye surgery go on your medical records?

As Lasik is an elective surgery would it go on my medical records? I have not told my doctor that I have had it. I ask because I had the surgery so I could pass the New Zealand police departments eye exam but they require that I have a six month stand down due to having lasik before I can join. Well I am in a bad financial situation now and need to join asap. So I was considering not telling them that I have had lasik as to avoid the six month stand down. But being the police they will check my medical records hence why I want to know if it would show up there.

Well, and any person doing an interview should be able to tell you have had lasik because your corneas would be unusually flat. It is hard to hide it from someone that knows what to look for, and not hard to see. Really, honesty is your best policy. Your record will contain whatever you had done at the office you had it done in. The only way your general health record would have it is if the laser people sent it to your general doctor. Why not ask to see your records? but, reallyl, do not put yourself in a situation to never be hired becuae you lied, it is not a good thing to be a liar and be caught especially if you are going in to something that requires integrity like a police force. If you can not tell the truth about little things like lasik, how can they trust you to be truthful with bigger things? think about it for just a sec. Really.

Hey guys, ive been trying to find this scary new zealand tv show for kids that was on around early 2000?

it is a new zealand show and was on ABC, it is a scary show (for young kids obviously).
Some parts i remember, there is an episode where a kid is at a waterslide place and there is a slide that says it is under repair, but the kid goes on it anyway, when he is in it there is weird flashes and then he comes out in a forest kind of. He goes walking for a bit then he sees this huge Maori guy wearing tribal kind of clothes, so the kid must have gone back in time, then he sees around the guys neck he has a necklace made of the swimming pool passes, then the kid starts running away and the man chases him but thats all i remember. Another episode there is a kid who gets bullid for having glasses and he gets called four eyes, then he has some eye surgery or someting and then he sees the bullies again and he can shoot lasers out of his eyes or something and defeats the bullies. Another episode is where these kids find these magical dice which can predict lottery numbers and stuff, and one of the kids also uses them in a maths test, but then it turns out the dice make you blind because there is this man who used them so they bury the dice in their backyard.

Sorry that its quite a lot.
