How can I have better eyesight without wearing glasses or contacts ?

Q. I've always wanted to see clear without wearing my eye glasses or contact lenses. Eye surgery is not my option. Can anyone recommend me a natural method to improve my vision ?

A. Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) are all alternatives to our natural perfect eyesight. We are all supposed to have natural perfect eyesight and most of us can return to it. Most eye exercises(eye push-ups, eye drills, eye yoga) have nothing to do with returning to clarity. Eye exercises do not strengthen eye muscles and eye muscles do not need to be strengthened for clarity. Eye exercises can increase circulation which is good, but without an understanding of blurry vision habits and clear vision behaviors, they can often lead to effort, strain, and diffusion.

Artificial corrections give us instant clarity, but do not address the real issues of blurry vision, so our vision usually gets worse year after year. There are great professionals that are very good at giving very accurate prescriptions for blur and at helping you when you get disease. These professionals protect us from the scams of most eye exercises and eye potions but they also deny that we can have clear vision naturally without their system.

The best way to start relearning to see is to read from the best books. The best way to return to natural perfect eyesight is with the help of a great teacher. If a program doesn't offer or lead you to a great Natural Eyesight Improvement teacher or at least some kind of direct support, they are not going to be very successful and are more likely depending upon you not taking the effort to get your money back.

My boyfriend was going to join the Marines but his waiver got rejected. What are his options?
Q. His waiver was for his one eye. He wears glasses/contacts. He was only slightly over the limit. Can he retry? Or get eye surgery then reapply? What are his options here? He does not want to join another branch. It's Marines or nothing. Thanks in advance!

A. Marines is the one of the toughest branches to get into, they do not want someone who is below the standards. If his vison is correctable to 20/20 he should be good to go.

What can i use for sunglasses while i wear prescription glasses?
Q. I am heading down south for a week and dont really want to spend the 400 dollers on prescription sunglasses, when i am planning on getting laser eye surgery next april. (note i am 6 months pregnant and laser eye surgery is not an option for at least a year) i have tried using contacts but i have trouble getting them out, and my eyes dry out way to quickly..
is there anything else i can do?

thank you

A. From your dilemma, you wear glasses, I suggest you go to your eyeglass store and ask if they have a relatively inexpensive pair of snap on thingamabobs that attach to your glasses to change them into sunglasses. That is what my Dad has, though I am aware that only a few glasses have them.

How risky eye surgery is?
Q. I am planning of getting a job that requires perfect vision (now I am 15 years old, my vision is around 20/60) . So option is to get eye surgery when I will be 19-22 years old. But I want to know the risks of such a surgery.
Thanks!

A. Lasik is dangerous. They remove tissue and then shoot a laser to your cornea which has UV light. Even if you see after the surgery, Your vision can get worse as you get older. Some people have a bad procedure and their eyes are destroyed. Here is a link to a website that warns of how the Lasik industry is hiding long term risks.

Your vision is 20/60 like mine was. If you tried to do eye exercises you could improve eyesight. Try to google the bates method. Or eye exercises. Google palming eye exercise and palm for a couple of minutes each day or as long as you want. I was able to improve my eyesight and get an unrestricted driver's liscence which means I can legally drive without glasses. Try to reduce the amount of time you wear your glasses and only wear them when needed. You could also wear a weaker prescription and adjust to needing less prescription. Wear your old glasses if you know what I mean.
