Is plastic surgery centers better in South Korea or United States?

Q. I know that South Korea has a huge plastic surgery market. Practically everyone who is middle class and up gets it. Also, United States also have a huge plastic surgery market. If I was to get plastic surgery, where do you think is the best place to get it done? I only want face surgery.

A. There was a case when a white-wannabe korean woman had eyes done, so she could look white/western, and after the surgery her father found her sleeping with eyes wide open and needed another surgery. And with so many equally bad cases in the US, no one can tell which country has the best clinics. Do a research and see which surgeons have a good reputation. It's the surgeon that matters, not the country.

But cite your sources. All middle-classers don't get it, you fool. Plenty are satisfied with their looks or just don't care. Maybe some survey once claimed that 97% of korean women want a plastic surgery but not everyone will actually have it done, even if they save up enough money cause they'll change their mind. They'll probably bump into a propa surgeon that doesn't care about money and will say to them "your face isn't suited for what you want, it won't work, or your hairline is already too high (if they do a face lift by cutting off a piece of the scalp)".

Do me a favour. If you're actually ugly, go for it, otherwise don't. This is a branch of medicine that helps with people's happiness and self-esteem, so that they can function much better in every day life, whether it's simply because they can't attract anyone or because they're burn victims. However from time to time there's an idiot who thinks they should also get something done such as a V-shaped face and double eyelids or white eyes or Angelina Jolie lips or better looking genitals (you can get ur anus done!), but instead they turn into the monster Jocelyn Wildenstein and ruin the reputation and image of the cosmetic surgery. Now unhappy, ugly people aren't taken seriously whenever they mention cosmetic surgery and in a lot of cases it eventually leads to suicide.

And what will you even fix? You shouldn't look at before and after pictures of korean women and be amazed at the results, especially if you're not east asian. Lots of korean women look good before the surgery and afterwards they get that "perfect celebrity image" which doesn't suit them at all. They looked much natural before.

Who gets more cosmetic / plastic surgery: Korean women or Korean men?
Q. It's just something I've been wondering. My cousin says that Korean men get more cosmetic / plastic surgery. Just curious. Is that true?

A. Korean Women. 80% of Koreans are born without an eyelid crease. East Asians eye crease can form when growing up. Some are born Double eyelids. Southern Chinese and Jomon Japanese have Double eyelids.

Why do Asian people out number white people but still hold white women beauty to such high esteem?
Q. I have seen attractive women from all races. I would just think them being the majority and us being the minority compared to them that they would set their own rules of beauty. Am not saying Asian women admire white women beauty but a large number of them do

A. Asian cultures have always seemed odd to me in the way they see Whites, because Africans have been through more than Asians with oppression AND there have been more Whites in Africa from slavery to colonial times/colonization and more. Then Africans have Nollywood and those actresses they use are 100% Black. In America biracial actresses are used more often, but thats because theres a White majority here, but in places like Korea and Japan the actresses/models they use are the closest to White! They have tons of surgery in Korea, like every major Korean actress has had surgery to look more "Eurasian" and close to White. In Japan they only use the very pale girls with bigger eyes and same in China. When was the last time you saw an Asian model with smaller "Asian" eyes, like monolids and stuff?? It doesn't happen, yet most Asians look that way. I think its sad.

Same in India though, they use the pale ones, but India has a different history than East Asians. Its sad, but understandable with Indians because of the British rule and Northern pale who have more power.

What is the difference between a BB Cream and a tinted moisturiser?
Q. I've recently heard of BB Creams, which I looked up online and thought sounded great until I realised they sound the same as tinted moisturisers. So, is there a difference, is it just a different name for the same thing, or is it a marketing thing to make them sound new and different? Please don't say the difference is that BB Creams have an SPF: some tinted moisturisers do too.

A. BB Cream stands for Blemish Balm cream. It was originally invented by germans to help fade scars after surgery. Korean actresses found out about it and started wearing it on their faces. As other women in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and much of asia heard about them, this trend spread and make makeup houses started developing their own with tints and formulas for oily/combo or normal/dry skin, aging skin, etc.

BB Creams like tinted moisturizers provide light coverage to even out skintone though some provide light to medium coverage, but unlike them help fade acne scars, dark spots/undereye circles, prevent skin from darkening, help protect against wrinkling, while coming with a pretty high spf and not breaking out skin, so suitable for sensitive or acne prone skin.

This is pretty much why asian actresses have such flawless skin these days. Seriously I use it everyday now and my skin has improved so much. It's helped some acne scarring clear up and I don't break out anymore unless I'm being super hormonal. My skin also looks more alive according to my husband when I'm not wearing any makeup, my under eye circles are still there though they've faded quite a bit, I think due to bb and some natural herbal/essential oil treatments I've been trying.
