Q. How much is laser eye surgery, can laser eye surgery be obtained on the nhs?

£395 per eye is the cheapest ive seen it thats with optical express i think i went with them and had it done 4 yrs ago one of the best things ive done i really cant reccomend it enough u cant get it done on the nhs think of the money u spend ev yr on specs or contacts its money well spent id say

Does the bill for laser eye surgery stay at £395 per eye, or does it magically creep up when it's done?

I'm thinking about getting it done, but I've heard that sometimes they say it's £395, but it suddenly creeps up to thosands when it's been done...

Has anyone out there ever had it done, or work as a surgeon, and if so, is this true?

Well, I do not know about laser eye surgery. I work for a surgeon in the U.S. Some offices do charge hidden fees.
